Getting your ironing done has never been easier or as good value. You rent a box from us and the price you pay is for all the ironing in the box and with free 48 hour collection and delivery.
To get your ironing done, simply book and pay for your ironing online and we will come out to your door to deliver your box (which you keep, subject to a £5.00 returnable deposit) and to collect your ironing. |
Step 1 – Gather your laundry

Please gather all your washed laundry and place it into your rented laundry box. If you are a new customer, a basket or bag will do; your delivery driver will bring your rental box on the next delivery evening (for delivery evening times, look at the right hand side). Your first order with us will include a small deposit of £5.00 per box (returnable in full when you stop using our service). Note that we cannot accept smoke odoured or damaged (including heat damaged, ripped or scuffed) items. We regret that we cannot work on damaged items. If you have used our services previously, please return the coat hangers for re-use.

Step 2 – Book and pay for your ironing

Please book and pay for your ironing online. We operate a 48 hour collection and delivery service, 5 days a week (Sunday to Thursday), and a 72 hour service over the weekend. You will be given a email receipt of your order after payment. Collection Sunday evening -> Delivery Tuesday evening (48 hours) 6.30pm to 9.30pm After your payment has been authorised we will come out to collect your ironing on the next delivery evening. If you have a preference for a specific day, please email or telephone us after placing your order, otherwise we will come out to you on the next delivery evening. If you are new customer, we will bring your new empty ironing box(es) for you. |
Step 3 – Collection from your home

One of our friendly delivery staff will arrive at your home on the next delivery evening between 6.30pm and 9.30pm. We will come to your door and collect your laundry box. Your garments are then insured from this point. Your ironing is insured from the moment we collect. |
Step 4 – Processing
 |
Our professional ironers will inspect your ironing. We iron garments according to their care labels. All ironing is carried out in a hygienically clean and smoke free environment. We use professional air filters and replace the ironing board covers for each new order. Every customer’s order is worked on individually and items are stored together. |
Step 5 – Quality Assurance
 |
A member of our management team will personally check the quality of each item from the original ironer. This ensures that our high quality standards are met and your garments are perfectly ironed. |
Step 6 – Packaging
 |
We carefully package your ironing. Each hung item is covered with a protective shirt cover and all folded items are placed into your rented laundry box. Shirts and formal trousers are hung and casual clothes are folded. |
Step 7 – Delivery
 |
One of our friendly delivery staff will arrive at your door at the next delivery evening slot (please see above for dates and times). Please make sure that you are in!
