• How much can I fit in a laundry box?
  • Our large laundry boxes are generous 45 litres which can fit plenty of laundry. Our extra large laundry boxes are 65 litres. We ask that you fill the boxes making sure that the lids clip down with ease. Please do not cram your laundry into the boxes. Cramming items into boxes adds additional semi-permanent creases which cannot be ironed out. There is a maximum “acceptable use” policy of 7kg per 45 litre box and 5kg per 32 litre box.

• Can we bring our ironing to you?
  • Yes. Please contact us in advance to make arrangements.

Payment Questions

• Why don’t you accept cash?
  • For the security of our delivery and collection staff we do not handle or accept cash payments. Paying online is easy and safe for our customers as we use Google Checkout for all transactions.
• How will the payment appear on my card statement?
  • Your card statement will show: “Google * Esteam Ironing”.

Clothing Questions

• Do you accept clothing from smokers?
  • We cannot accept smoke odoured items. If we detect the smell of smoke from the clothing, we will have to decline the order.
• Do you accept damaged items?
  • Any items found to be damaged will be returned unprocessed. If you have any damaged items (including fashionable rips & tears) please let us know. Heat damaged items will not be processed as they cannot be ironed.
• Do you use starch?
  • Yes. We use starch on most items as it helps to keep them crisp and fresh. If you do not want starch used on your order please let us know (via email, telephone, or at collection).
